The annual budget of ERFP is approved by the Assembly of NCs based on the country contributions and proposed activities.
To support activities of the ERFP, the annual budget is used to cover eligible costs of the following: the Assembly of NCs, Steering Committee meetings, Secretariat incl. the website, Working Groups and Task Forces activities, Ad hoc actions, EFABIS database and the EAAP fee for the account keeping.
Any request for reimbursement must be agreed with the ERFP Secretariat in advance of occurrence. Participants to, and organisers of, ERFP meetings are entitled to reimbursement of costs only if the ERFP Secretariat gave its clearance. Procedure of the reimbursements are laid down in the ERFP Reimbursement Policy.
