The conclusions of the H2020 IMAGE project will be made public in a Final Conference called:
GENE BANKS FOR ANIMAL GENETIC RESOURCES: WHAT’S NEW?
It will be held in Madrid (Spain) on February 5, 2020 (Salón de Actos, Facultad de Veterinaria, Universidad Complutense de Madrid).
The topics in this conference will be:
* Current analysis of animal gene banks in Europe and options for optimization
* New knowledge on genetic resources stored in gene bank collections
* New tools to characterize genetic resources
* New methods to preserve genetic resources
* Enhancing access to and use of gene bank collections
* Ethical and social values associated with gene bank collections
